Strong start, disappointing finish. Highly condensed review - to see full info - check their FB page Communication was great at first, but declined once work began. A 2–3 day project stretched to 7 days with delays, constant exuses and complaints from company owner. Workmanship issues included a poorly installed door, uneven/loose tile, incorrect carpet placement, bad transitions, and incomplete/incorrect subfloor work flagged by home inspector. Cabinetry damage wasn’t disclosed, and repairs had to be redone or fixed by myself and needed to hire another company for the majority, adding cost and stress. I understand older homes have challenges, but that’s why I hired professionals. Overall, the quality and professionalism fell far below expectations. I hope they improve, but I can’t recommend based on my experience.
